The High School athletics compete in the Fox Valley Association conference, which began its 51st season of competition during the 2020-2021 school year. Take a walk on the 21.8-mile Wiouwash State Recreational Trail that features a lake. Go fishing on Black Otter Lake or enjoy a 10 lb steak at the Black Otter Supper Club.
15-minutes northwest is New London, WI, another nice small town featuring a phenomenal aquatic center and the Pine Tree Supper Club. 20-minutes southeast is the Fox River Mall and Appleton International Airport in Appleton, WI. Drive 45-minutes northeast to Green Bay, WI to watch the Green Bay Packers play at Lambeau Field.
